Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out our subscription policies. 
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription (also known as a block of the month for a quilt kit) you'll receive repeat deliveries or schedule repeat in-store pick up. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that are offered for that quilt pattern. 

Once the subscription has been purchased and the first month has been delivered, no cancellation is offered.  This is the industry standard, as this leaves the quilt shop with an incomplete quilt kit after the first month and oftentimes that fabric is no longer available. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.



Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Classes 

  • All classes require registration and prepayment. Please check our website for our full class offering.

  • Classes may be canceled for low registration or for events outside of our control (weather, etc.) - if this occurs, a full refund will be offered to any registered participants.

  • There are no refunds for class cancellations. Any cancellations made 72 hours prior to the start of the class will be offered a “class credit” valid for six (6) months. There is no guarantee that the same class will be offered, and class credits are not transferable to store credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the class start or no shows will forfeit their registration fees in their entirety.

COMPLETING REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT FOR A CLASS INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CLASS POLICIES.
