Ideal for cutting intricate curves, patterns and appliqué from fabric, Fiskars® Stick Rotary Cutter (28 mm) features a high-grade, precision-ground, 28 mm premium steel blade for long-lasting sharpness. A sliding button extends the blade guard for secure storage and protection when not in use. Blade changes are faster and easier thanks to fewer loose parts. This rotary cutter’s symmetrical, ambidextrous design allows for controlled, easy freehand cutting with either the left or and right hand.

Cancellation Policy
- All classes require registration and prepayment. Please check our website for our full class offering.
- Classes may be canceled for low registration or for events outside of our control (weather, etc.) - if this occurs, a full refund will be offered to any registered participants.
- There are no refunds for class cancellations. Any cancellations made 72 hours prior to the start of the class will be offered a “class credit” valid for six (6) months. There is no guarantee that the same class will be offered, and class credits are not transferable to store credit.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the class start or no shows will forfeit their registration fees in their entirety.
COMPLETING REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT FOR A CLASS INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CLASS POLICIES.
