Join us to learn the basic steps in choosing fabric, following a pattern, cutting the pieces, sewing the pieces and all the tips and tricks to make a beautiful quilt top.
Our experienced teacher Julie Antinucci will guide you step-by-step to make a this fun quilt top designed by Kaffe Fassett called Nocturnal Adventures! This quilt measures 64" x 82". You will choose your own colors and patterns at Cottonwood. We are happy to help you choose some great fabrics from our shop!

Materials you will need for this class:
- Working knowledge of your functioning sewing machine with a quarter inch foot that you can bring to class
- Sewing machine manual, or access to it electronically
- A cutting mat
- quilt ruler (6" x 18" recommended)
- Pins
- Thread

Fabric Requirements:
- 3 1/8 yards fabric for the outer border
- 5/8 yard for the inner border
- (4) 1/2-yard cuts of coordinating fabric(1) 1 yard cut of coordinating fabric (this will be used in the quilt and for the binding)
- (2) quarter yard cuts of coordinating fabric
Backing Fabric (can be purchased later, toward the end of the class)

- 5 1/8 yards if you choose 44" wide fabric
- 2 1/8 yards of you choose a wideback (108")
