Want to make ByAnnie bags but are intimidated by all of the zippers, and plastic and mesh and think there's no way you could do that?

Did you know there are four ByAnnie patterns that are meant to teach all of the basic skills before jumping into the more difficult patterns?  There are! The Petit Four Baskets, the Piecekeeper, the Call Me, and the Easy Does It patterns teach the skills you need to be a bag making queen (or king)!

These four classes will go through each pattern in that order.  Skip a class if you want.  Each class is $12 and includes the price of the pattern for that week.  Make sure you book all four if you want to take all four classes.

December 7: Petit Four Baskets Class
Materials Needed for this class:
*main fabric for basket: 9" x 10"
*lining fabric for basket: 10" x 10"
*Soft and Stable: 10" x 11"

December 14: Piecekeeper Class
Materials Needed for this class:
*three fat quarters in coordinating prints
*13" x 18" ByAnnie Soft and Stable
*1/4 yd fusible interfacing
*8.5" x 17" ByAnnie lightweight mesh 
24" single-slide zipper

December 21: Call Me Class
Materials Needed for this class:
*2 fat quarters of coordinating prints
*12 x 8" Soft and Stable
*6.25 x 5.5" ByAnnie lightweight mesh
*5.5" of ByAnnie 20mm fold over elastic
*7" zipper

December 28: No Class 

January 4: Easy Does It Class
Materials Needed for this class
*fat quarters for the main, lining and coordinating fabric
*18" x 21" of Soft and Stable
*8"x 6" interfacing
*24" zipper

Basic Materials needed for every class:

• Sewing machine in working order that you are familiar with (beginning sewing is a different class that will be offered in the future)
• Cutting mat (recommend at least an 18" x 24") 
• Thread
• Rotary cutter (45 mm recommended) 
• Quilting ruler (6" x 18" recommended)
• Class sewing pattern (provided by the teacher) 
  
• Pins or quilting clips
  
• Walking foot and regular 1/4" foot

At the end of the first class, we will discuss other items needed for projects going forward, like mesh, hardware, fold over elastic, and zippers.  We have all of the materials called for in each class available in the store.
