Featherweight Fellowship meets in the informal area of our Maker's Space. This club is for owners of vintage Singer Featherweight 221 & 222 sewing machines who are interested in meeting and sharing time with other Singer Featherweight enthusiasts. The event is free and no registration is required, although it is recommended so that you can be added to the Featherweight email list.

The next meeting is December 12 at 1:00. For those interested, this meeting will be a featherweight clinic in which you can get to know your featherweight and learn some maintenance skills.
Supplies Needed:
- your featherweight machine
- an old towel
- scrap of a cotton t-shirt
- murphy's oil soap without the orange oil
- Zymol or Mother's it -- should be a wax compound with no grit
- Singer Lubricant - Grease
- 3/8" wide screwdriver about 7" long
- 10" square of cotton material
- good quality cotton thread
- new needle -- size 12
- Wound bobbin
- Magnetic pincushion or dishj
- Accessories and manual
Oiling chart and directions will be provided, but you will learn to do the work.
