When you drop off the machine for service, a Cottonwood staff member will inventory the items dropped off.  Also, please ensure you include a bobbin; bobbin case; power cord/foot pedal when dropping off.

Cancellation Policy 

  • All classes require registration and prepayment. Please check our website for our full class offering.
  • Classes may be canceled for low registration or for events outside of our control (weather, etc.) - if this occurs, a full refund will be offered to any registered participants.
  • There are no refunds for class cancellations. Any cancellations made 72 hours prior to the start of the class will be offered a “class credit” valid for six (6) months. There is no guarantee that the same class will be offered, and class credits are not transferable to store credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the class start or no shows will forfeit their registration fees in their entirety.

COMPLETING REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT FOR A CLASS INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CLASS POLICIES.
