Cottonwood is very excited to be partnering with two local non profits (Good Neighbor Group and Stitches of Kindness) to start our journey toward making some much-needed items for people in our local and global communities who are in need.

These items include menstrual kits that include a waterproof tote, reusable pads and liners, soap, a washcloth and underwear for young girls in third-world countries who would otherwise miss school because of lack of feminine hygiene products.  This project is also in partnership with the Orphan Grain Train. 

Mastectomy pillows for cancer patients. 

Dog collar bandanas to help dogs get adopted.   

Bring your machine or serger and we will provide the rest!  Join us in our makers space and/or classroom and help us zoom through some simple patterns that will make a big impact on people in need.
